Don's mom is still hospitalized. She had to go back into ICU and have the breathing tube put back in. She has severe pneumonia in one lung and a bronchial infection. All on top of end stage emphysema. They decided today to do a tracheotomy. I don't know when they'll do it, I assume very soon. She's very weak and isn't able to fight these infections very well.
I want her to get better but I don't think that's going to happen. I want her to be comfortable and not to suffer.
