Weight Watchers Update

So far, so good. I like only eating foods I really, really like. I like getting physically hungry and never feeling overfull. Lost 4.4 pounds. Yea me!

Way to go!!! I know about really liking food. Although I eat healthy stuff (mostly) our portion control is exaggerated. Keep it up. Love ya
