John From Cincinnati

This is my new favorite TV show. It's on HBO on Sunday nights. I don't watch it then, too late for me. I DVR it and watch it at my leisure when no one else is around.

It's too hard to describe this show. Even after I read on their website about what the show is about, I thought it just doesn't do it justice. It's too quirky. It's too out of the box.

A quote from one of the producers and writers, David Milch:

"The important point that I'm trying to make is that storytelling has nothing, whatsoever, to do with logic. Logic is a limping stepchild of the true processes of the spirit. It's an illusion. It's a defective little parlor trick. Associations are the way that we perceive. Electrical connections caused by the juxtapositions of experience. That's the way we are really built and storytelling takes into account that truth."
