Becky gave me a New York Style cheesecake recipe about 15 years ago. It's always been one of my favorites and it's always a hit at potlucks and BBQs. My co-workers make no qualms about telling me I'm really not welcome at these functions if I show up without The Cheesecake.
Well, due to Don and mine's recent unfathomable attraction to The Food Network ( a person can only take so many CSI re-runs), I've discovered that you should cook cheesecake in a pan of pre-heated water in the oven. Who knew?
